D. Scott Wathen, DMD
Dr. Scott Wathen earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky in 1994. He completed a general practice residency from 1995-1996, and he has been practicing dentistry in Louisville since 1996. Dr. Wathen is a member of the American Dental Association, as well as the Kentucky Dental Association.Dr. Wathen has over 20 years of experience in cosmetic dentistry, prosthetics, treating TMJ disorder, and sleep apnea issues. Adding to his credentials, he also has extensive experience in implant restoration. As of mid-2014, Dr. Wathen started implant replacement to better accommodate his patients by providing the convenience of doing all implant work in one office. His goal is to provide the highest quality of diverse treatment to his patients, creating a comfortable environment while building a mutual relationship of trust.Dr. Wathen and his wife, Heather, have two daughters, Hayden and Greer. Away from work, he enjoys golfing and participating in triathlons
Benjamin J. Taylor, DMD
Dr. Benjamin Taylor studied microbiology at Brigham Young University and was involved in cancer research during his undergraduate studies there. He went on to attend the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, graduating in 2007. Since then, he has been caring for the people of Louisville. His goal is to gain the trust of his patients and build lasting friendships with them. Dr. Taylor has received advanced training in cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, surgical placement of implants, and treating sleep apnea with oral appliance therapy. Dr. Taylor is also a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Taylor and his wife, Waveney, have three children, Rhys, Sydney, and Mitchell. When he isn’t working hard to improve your smile, Dr. Taylor enjoys being with his family and playing competitive basketball.
Connor Schwartz, DMD
Dr. Connor Schwartz graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree. He then studied at the University of Louisville graduating in 2021 with his Doctoral of Dental Medicine degree. He went on to complete his general practice residency at University of Louisville from 2021-2022. During his time there he received extensive education on implant placement, complicated surgical extractions, along with advanced prosthodontic cases. Dr. Schwartz strives to develop strong relationships with his patients and provide quality care at a reasonable price. He is married and has two children, Salem and Rowyn. In his free time, he enjoys exercising and spending quality time with his daughters.
